Home delivery is carried out by Trans-Pack Logisztika Kft. The products are delivered to your home by vehicles equipped with a tail lift, with special care taken for fragile and large sanitary products. Upon receipt, please check that the products are intact. If you notice any damage, please make sure that a damage report is drawn up immediately. Without this report, the insurance provided by Trans-Pack Kft. cannot be claimed.
For larger products, such as shower enclosures, bathtubs, shower trays, etc., our partner applies volume/weight-based pricing. Therefore, the shipping cost of these products may differ from the amounts stated in the table.
Our system automatically calculates the exact shipping cost of the products placed in the cart, which can be viewed in advance on the cart page.
MPL courier service:
Based on the mandatory government regulation, customers may also choose the courier service of Magyar Posta, for which the basic fee is as follows:
- For home delivery: 0–10 kg: gross HUF 1,990/item.
- For home delivery: 10–20 kg: gross HUF 2,990/item.
- For home delivery: 20–40 kg: gross HUF 5,990/item.
The products we sell are fragile and, in many cases, large in size, which Magyar Posta can only transport for an extra surcharge. For information about the extra fees, please contact us at the following email address: axo@axosaniter.hu.
MPL courier service does not accept liability for fragile products; therefore, no insurance is available for such products.
For this reason, if you still wish to choose this delivery method, you must sign a declaration in which you accept full responsibility for any damage resulting from shipping. You may sign this form in person at our store at 1131 Budapest, Reitter Ferenc utca 163, or you may also send it to us by post. In the case of orders delivered by MPL courier service, the delivery time is 30–180 days.
